SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All shipping rates and estimated delivery times are determined by the destination country or region. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Destinations

VTBikes reserves the right to determine which countries and regions we are able to ship to. We only ship to destinations where a reliable carrier can safely deliver your order. If no carrier service is available to safely deliver to your specified location, we will be unable to fulfill the order.

3. Order Cancellation Due to Shipping Restrictions

If your order is placed to a destination that falls outside our serviceable shipping zones — including regions where no carrier can guarantee safe delivery — your order will be automatically cancelled. You will be notified via email, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status through the carrier's website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. VTBikes is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. VTBikes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
